Temal Shapes are vitreous enamelled architectural panels that consist of a practically indestructible glass coating fused under high temperatures to a steel surface. The performance characteristics of vitreous enamel result in a material that will not rust, is resistant to chemical attack, abrasion and fire as well as being more durable than any other architectural cladding material. Vitreous enamel panels have a nonporous and solvent resistant surface, making them ideal for use in public areas where unwanted graffiti by markers and sprayed paints can be easily removed.
Temal Shapes is a geometric modification of the existing rectangular vitreous enamelled architectural panels. By making a small shift in production and geometry, a conceptual system of products that functions as a creative tool for architects was achieved. Temal Shapes simultaneously contributes to new expressions in urban landscaping and cityscapes.
Temal is a family business based on a genuine love for functional aesthetics. At Temal they believe in the individual – and in the freedom of creating modern, sustainable design and architecture with an innovative edge tailored to fit your demands.
